LUNE BUSINESS PARK

The Hurstwood Group will be developing a 23-acre 'Lune Business Park' in Lancaster, comprising of 10 new industrial units totalling more than
40,000 sq.ft.

The development will be part financed by the European Regional Development Fund as part of Lancaster City Council's Economic Development Zone.

The 10 new units will bring much needed industrial space to the area, helping to attract inward investment and with it jobs. The long-term vision for Lune Business Park is to create up to 200 new jobs when complete. The park has huge potential to be a modern, dynamic working environment.
