PORT OF HEYSHAM

 

Situated on the south coast of Morecambe Bay, the Port of Heysham provides an excellent range of services. Companies who have used the port include Esso, Conoco, Feria, British Gas, Shell, Kelt, BP, Elf and Amoco.

The Port covers an area of 120 acres, with 1000 metres of berths, including three roll-on-roll-off berths. Heysham Port offers 24 hour access for Irish Sea ferries, a wide range of general cargo services, as well as the offshore gas supply industry. The Port has recently undergone a multi-million pound investment programme by its owners Peel Ports.
