CITYLAB MANAGED OFFICES
One of the most high profile of the Economic Development Zone schemes is the office development at Dalton Square, one of the City of Lancaster's principal urban open spaces. Following its opening in August 2006, CityLab provides more than 1,500m2 of commercial office space on four levels.Two historic Grade II listed buildings have been refurbished and integrated with a sensitively designed new build element, combining traditional natural materials with modern glazing to create a sensitively designed and stylish property.
